Our law office provides personalized legal assistance with employment based U.S. immigration matters to companies and employees, including both nonimmigrant and immigrant cases. Nonimmigrant matters handled most typically include H (both Cap Subject & Cap Exempt), L, O, TN-1 & TD Canadians, and E3 Australian petitions and visas. Employment authorization for dependent A-2 and G-4 family members are also handled. We also provide assistance with waivers of the two-year home country residency requirement for subject J-1 nonimmigrants. Dependent on favorable action by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in 2015, we will also be assisting with H-4 dependent employment authorization.
Immigrant matters handled include PERM labor certification applications, EB1 - EB2 - EB 3 I-140 immigrant petitions, including specialized categories such as Outstanding Professor and Researcher (OPR), National Interest Waiver (NIW), and L-1A executives and managers petitions.
